Intimate Indonesian Wedding in Lake Como

An intimate wedding in Italy surrounded by the people closest to you - doesn't that just sound like the most idyllic wedding day? For Puji and Albert, it truly was. Lake Como to be precise. And the reason for choosing this destination? Well - grab the tissues - this fab bride and groom decided on Lake Como as it was on Puji's late father's bucket list. But, he never had the opportunity. He but would have loved to visit Italy and have loved more the honor of walking daughter down the aisle to marry her best friend. A few days before their union was official, a close group of family and friends joined Albert and Puji in Southern Italy and the group traveled North together, making their way up to Lake Como and Loggia Durini of Villa Balbianello. Along the way, they experienced food tours, cooking lessons, kayaking, hiking, and even go-karting! For their intimate Indonesian wedding in Lake Como, Puji was escorted down the aisle by her mother and married Albert in front of the sweetest ceremony arch of greenery and burgundy, pale pink, and peach blooms with the undeniably beautiful Italian backdrop that Villa Balbianello boasts. Puji's bridesmaids looked stunning in different cuts of burgundy dresses accented by their rustic champagne, marsala, blush, and peach bouquets. We were there and we still can't get over those views! During the cocktail hour, the guests were treated to a string quartet, but during their reception dinner the real treat came out as they were serenaded by the stunning sounds of Italian opera singers. After that, delicious cake and dancing were enjoyed!
