But, event stylist Charlotte Munro and the ever-so-talented Elizabeth’s Cake Emporium show us their version. Packed with whimsical prettiness and sparkle, dashes of silver and loads of lush pastel florals by Amie Bone Flowers, of course! Sanshine was behind the magical lens to capture the storybook loveliness that unfolds at The Grove in London.
Pastel Unicorn Inspired Wedding
Set on 300 acres and known as London’s favorite country estate, The Grove was the perfect backdrop. Elizabeth Solaru of Elizabeth’s Cake Emporium who conceived the editorial imagined a free-spirited bride full of lightness and joy on her wedding day reveling the pastel loveliness around her. Amie Bone Flowers created a magnificent bridal bouquet and tablescape of pastel wonder combining delightful textures of greenery with pink roses, delphiniums, blue hydrangeas, Memory lane roses, Cherry blossoms, stocks and peonies. She also created an incredible arch with a swing, suspending the centerpiece for an added touch of whimsy that compliments the cascade of flowers over the table. Elizabeth’s Cake Emporium whipped up a collection of stunning cakes from white iridescent to completely silver leafed to match the tablescape. The tall and elegantly proportioned main cake featured custom made baroque silver leaf detailing – complete with a unicorn – and the most realistic sugar roses, in soft pinks and sugar greenery. No doubt a pastel unicorn inspired wedding would be all about having fun, celebrating your uniqueness and the magic of love!
