For this shoot an Allure bridal gown was chosen for their bride complimented by the unique flare of 1920's themed accessories that will keep guests talking and heads turning. Glittering in her gown and adornments, we think she looked absolutely amazing. A beautifully designed pearl and champagne full-length gown was perfect for the maid of honor. As in-line with the vintage 1920's flapper styles, sheath silhouettes with brilliant adornments were all the rage. These ladies stand out against the clean and classic black tux chosen for the groom and groomsmen.
The decor for this wedding was grand and captivating with the use of blacks, white, champagne and gold colors. It was a charming and elegant affair with gold and black table decor with white floral and, of course, feather centerpieces by Posy Studios. A unique Art Deco triangle menu on top of lavish dinnerware and offset by gold silverware polished the tablescape. Our personal favorite is the ebony stemware that enhanced the black linens. The focal point of the shoot is the Art Deco inspired wedding cake with its marvelous gold detailing. This particular triple tiered cake is a Vanilla bean, white butter cake with layers of decadent caramel buttercream. The dessert table also featured gilded French fleur-de-sel macaroons and red velvet cake lollies.
The golden age will always be close to our hearts with its association to glitz and glamour and the romantic role it played in the influence of luxury weddings today!
